Accommodation/tenancy
This service is designed to assist participants in finding the right property complementing their needs.

Assist Personal Activities
Help in maintenance of personal hygiene and grooming tasks, feeding and related support activities, mobility and access to facilities support, assistance and supervision of household and house maintenance tasks.
​
Assist-Life Stage, Transition
Our Life Stage Transition program includes short and long-term support that focuses on assistance to live at home, community participation, and helping you to coordinate your own support. This includes support connection and co-ordination. It also includes assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations.

Community nursing care
Specialist care provided by our qualified and trained support workers for participants who have high care needs and require a high level of skill.
​
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
Assistance and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible. This service includes short-term accommodation and assistance such as respite care.

Development of Daily Living and Life skills
Training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.
​
Early Intervention Supports for Early Childhood
Provision of a mix of therapies, and a key worker for the family. Supports all children 0-6 years with developmental delay or disability and their families to achieve better long-term outcomes, regardless of diagnosis.

Exercise Physiology
Physical wellbeing activities promote and encourage physical well-being, including exercise.
​
Group centre Based Activities
Assisting participants to partake in group-based community, social and recreational activities.
​
Home modifications
We design and make subsequent changes to a participant’s home. Home modification design and construction includes installation of equipment or changes to building structures, fixture or fittings to enable participants to live as independently as possible or to live safely at home.

Household tasks
Assistance with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home.

Innovative Community Participation
Assisting participants to contribute actively in the community. This service is goal specific with a purpose for participants to achieve their unique goals by doing specialised activities.
​
Participation in community, social, and civil activities
Assisting participants to partake actively in community, social and civic activities; includes supporting participants during these activities and developing participants’ ability to contribute in these activities.
​
Plan Management
Financial management of the plan supports including making payments to providers, expense claims processing, providing monthly statements for participants and claiming for payment from NDIA.

Support Coordination
Assistance in learning, navigating and gaining a better understanding of the NDIS supports avaialble in the plan.
​
Travel/transport
Supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.
